Add new exchange office

To add a currency exchange point in the monitoring, you must:

1. Exchange should be automatic.
2. Exchange must actively work at least three months
3. The total pool of exchangeable currencies equivalent must be more than $ 1000.
4. Exchange must have a file export courses in txt or xml format.
5. Certificate exchange the item must have [BL] - not less than 50.
6. Exchange must have a partner program.
